Player Injuries :

Unfortunately accidents happen, particularly in contact sports ,some injuries will be more severe than others but either way all Injuries MUST be reported !

The Following is what the Club require all mentors/players to do :

Duties of Mentors :

If an Injury occurs on the field of play a mentor from the team MUST make sure the Referee takes note of the injury/ players details.

He /She MUST also get the Referee's details ie. Name / Contact Number .

Duties of Players :

If a Players is injuried on the field of play or at a training session , they MUST contact Eddie Gibbons within 5 days for a prilimary insurance form to be filled in and after that a full insurance form to be filled in for loss of earnings / medical expenses.

If he is not contacted this may lead to a player not being reimbursts for loss of earnings/medical expenses.
